How to plan a resale or gift-shop project

  1. Describe your shop and customer. Tell Roselyn where you plan to sell the merchandise, who it is for, and what makes your business, location, or organization distinctive.
  2. Choose a starting assortment. Share the product types, intended designs, approximate quantities, colors, and size mix. Discuss what can be produced and whether samples or a small initial run are available.
  3. Provide your artwork and personalization requirements. Explain which logos, names, or designs you want to use and confirm the artwork files, placements, and approval process with Roselyn.
  4. Request a project quote. Confirm item costs, any artwork/setup charges, minimum quantities, packaging, tax treatment, shipping, and the total. If purchasing for resale, ask what resale documentation is required and how it applies to your order.
  5. Agree on production and replenishment. Confirm current lead times, payment terms, pickup or shipping, custom-order policies, and how future reorders or design changes would be handled.

Resale projects are quoted individually. No wholesale price tier, guaranteed margin, minimum order, exclusivity, or turnaround time is promised here. Discuss the commercial arrangement and final specification directly with InTension.
